- Manage multiple masonry construction projects simultaneously, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, develop project plans, and establish project timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate regularly with project team members, providing direction, support, and guidance to ensure that project objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, proposals, change orders, and progress reports, and ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and expenditures to ensure that projects are completed within budget and in accordance with financial forecasts.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally to maintain client satisfaction and project success.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on masonry construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of masonry materials, techniques, and best practices, as well as relevant building codes and regulations.
- Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
- OSHA certification and other relevant safety certifications are preferred.
