- Strong management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of commercial roofing products, standards and industry in general
- Strong 360-degree communication with customers, management, peers, and direct reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Communicate with customers, technician and management
- Hire, train and mentor technicians. Create goals and help with development and hold staff meetings
- Responsible for safety audits and production schedule
- Quotes and tenders for maintenance, repairs, and mechanical upgrades
- Oversee customer invoices and accounts receivable
- Work Orders and Bid sheets weekly to establish workload and fluctuations
- Track finances of work and provide progress reports
- Base salary depending on experience
- Aggressive bonus/commissions plan
