  • Primarily responsible for driving the sales of Card Upsell, Insurance, CPP, Loan on Card etc through Tele channel.
  • Leading a team of third-party executives - Tele-Sales channel management, driving sales through Third party team.
Key Accountabilities
  • Drive Sales, Productivity, Cross Sell and Growth. Team handling experience preferred.
  • Lead a sales team of vendor executives who will be engaged in selling post-acquisition products.
Job Duties & responsibilities
  • Closely monitor Productivity. Take corrective actions to keep productivity as per the budgets.
  • Ensure compliance to regulatory and internal credit and risk policy.
  • Managing Productivity & Query handling.
  • Data management and MIS handling.
Required Experience
  • 6 Years of experience in post-acquisition (Card Upsell, Insurance, CPP, Loan on Card etc) product sales with experience of handling third party vendors.
Education / Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduation/Post Graduation
