- Assist in completing justifications for current and new hires that shows level of experience and education they have and what labor category they fall into.
- Designated scribe for meetings to record decisions, actions, issues, and discussions spoken about. Assist with scheduling of meetings, interviews, and other HR related events.
- Assist with maintaining LMS-HR mailbox, ensuring each email is marked and categorized correctly when incoming emails come through.
- Responsible for keeping and maintaining up to date accurate information for the ELO Database – Spreadsheet.
- Assist HR Generalist with creating labor certification forms for new hires including the proper information listed on the document using the correct template.
- Assist HR Generalist with creating data change forms when there is a change in manager, work hours, job title, etc.
- Support the onboarding and recruiting processes when requested.
- Assist in completing I-9 process for new hires by using the Guardian application.
- Assist with maintaining Jostle system by creating invites for new users, disable or delete users according to protocols.
- Archive Critical Recruiting Spreadsheet (CRS) weekly into Excel this includes current active and previous positions that have been filled.
- Completion of 60 credit hours prior to start of internship toward an undergraduate degree in business, human resources, management or related field.
