- Implements service procedures and assesses product/equipment capabilities and specifications to establish proposed safety and health
- Maintains safety objectives and coordinates same with production procedures in cooperation with contract managers to maximize service
- Implements safety inspection procedures, checklists, and schedules.
- Works in conjunction with VersAbility’s Senior Assistant Director of Government Contracts and Contract Manager in analyzing inspection
- Meets regularly with Government Safety Representatives and VersAbility’s Senior Assistant Director of Government Contracts to provide
- Implements and participates in all initial and ongoing Safety training programs and assists with conducting trainings as required or requested.
- Follows the direction of the Senior Assistant Director of Government Contracts to investigate and correct customer complaints regarding
- Fosters teamwork while balancing team and individual responsibilities; giving feedback to nurture a positive team spirit and safe performance;
- Assures safety of employees by monitoring proper use of equipment and adherence to safety policies.
- Completes required paperwork and/or documentation.
- Completes and maintains all VersAbility Resources and U.S. Government required trainings.
- Responsible for appropriate conduct and demeanor as dictated by VersAbility Resources policy.
- Ensures the work site is OSHA compliant and employees on the contract are adhering to all CDC and VRI guidelines as it relates to COVID19.
- Coordinates solicitated feedback through surveys and groups sessions with key stakeholders in the safety process
- Writes and implements departmental policies using OSHA and CDC regulatory guidelines.
- Attend and participate in AEU Safety meetings and Trainings quarterly.
- Attend and participate in VersAbility scheduled Safety Meetings.
- Other duties as assigned, or as stated in the Statement of Work/Performance Work Statement.
- Must possess a valid insurable driver license.
- Must possess strong communication skills, including the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules; ability to author and

- Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook experience required.
