MARKETING DIRECTORSUMMARY: Creates and implements programs related to Corporate marketing, communications, and advertising.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Oversee implementation of the Marketing strategy, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and Public Relations.
  • Manage social media presence and programs to enhance social media reputation and recognition (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
  • Curate company graphic design and advertising materials (i.e., newspaper, magazine, flyers, directories, direct mailers, online, TV, radio, etc.).
  • Design company-specific documents (i.e., business cards, sales folders, signage, promotional material, job expo material, etc.).
  • Assist in content management and updating company website.
  • Design and order logos, stickers, and wraps for company vehicles, exterior and interior signage.
  • Attend and participate in job knowledge educational opportunities, read professional publications, maintain personal networks, and participate in professional organizations.
  • Attend and participate in company-sponsored training, when required.
  • Perform other assigned duties, responsibilities, or tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:The Marketing Director must:
  • Be located in or willing to relocate to Southeastern Wyoming.
  • Complete and pass pre employment drug and alcohol screen, background screen, and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Have minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in Marketing field.
  • Be a confident, driven, and dynamic leader.
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities.
  • Possess creativity, strategy, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Utilize Microsoft® Office products (i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Adobe® products (i.e., Illustrator, etc.).
  • Speak, write, and communicate effectively in the English language.
  • Travel 10%.
WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The Marketing Director will:
  • Work in an indoor office setting.
  • Occasionally lift/move objects up to 50 pounds, stand, and walk.
  • Regularly sit, use hands, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear
