Data ExplorationExplores data within multiple files to determine trends, correlations and causal relations between variablesAd Hoc ReportingCreates complex ad hoc reports, using insights from data exploration to build comprehensive reports with visualizations and insightsClient ManagementReaches out to client(s) to clarify requestsMakes recommendations of what data should be explored and debriefs with client to explain data insights and confirm reportAnalytics CoachingExplains data to clients and prepares them to present data and answer questionsData Audit and CleansingMay perform periodic audits of data within business systems/platformsPerforms follow-up checks to ensure data quality and accuracyScheduled ReportsDownloads required data and creates pre-defined reports as per defined scheduleDelivers reports to stakeholder group and answers questions pertaining to the reportCustomer Care (For employees working in Customer Care and Experience)Supports accounts with medium complexityQualificationsProven years related experience preferredBachelor's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or relevant engineering discipline preferredEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
