Frontier Airlines is the proud recipient of the Federal Aviation Administration’s 2018 Diamond Award for maintenance excellence and was recently named the industry’s most fuel-efficient airline by The International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT) as a result of superior technology and operational efficiencies.What Will You Be Doing?The Technical Data Specialist audits online or hard-copy records for the approved maintenance record database daily, ensuring all maintenance entries are accounted for and accurate. This position organizes and reviews all aircraft data relating to the TCI, aircraft flight times, aircraft log pages, and maintenance activities that have been performed on the aircraft to ensure proper airworthiness in accordance with CFRs.Essential Functions
  • Daily audit all of Line Maintenance, RON Maintenance, C-Check, stations, MCC, Technical Services, and Maintenance Planning entries online and in approved maintenance record database
  • Ensure all maintenance records entered into the ERRP System are received into the correct maintenance record database by the appropriate department daily
  • Perform real time audits (to include mechanic sign-offs, aircraft manual references, etc.) of all
  • completed RON or ADHOC (OOS/AOG)/Line Maintenance Work Packages for completion, accuracy, and data entry into FMIS.
Other Functions
  • Accurately audit and enter into FMIS all aircraft parts transactions, or, if previously entered into
  • FMIS, verify all entries are in agreement with documentation provided (Maintenance Logbook) or are properly documented and accounted for, (i.e., Maintenance Logbook pages, Non-Routines)
  • Track discrepancies and escalate at certain intervals to ensure corrections are performed and uploaded to the ERRP System
  • Answer daily requests from departments looking for DFPs or times/cycles on components
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred - associates degree or equivalent work experience
  • Preferred - Previous records experience either Aviation, Legal, or Medical
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Proficient with Adobe, Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Excel)
