Together, we are not just consultants; we are agents of change, and our culture is the driving force behind our shared purpose.Open PositionMissionTasks and responsibilitiesUnderstand the business, business processes, and business needs and consult the Product Owners and other key stakeholdersIdentify the most relevant customer segments affecting the value of the productRequirements engineering and translation into project scopeAdministrative tasks, e.g. creation of documentation, presentation materials, scheduling of meetingsSupport a Scrum Master in the coordination of development teams within the product backlogCoordinate and administrate Backlog Management Tool (e.g. Jira) and write user storiesPrevious experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) ideally on Power Automate (+ Desktop) or UIPath experienceStudiesYour profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business administration, life science or a comparable field
At least 1 year of practical experience in working as a Business Analyst, ideally in international, distributed teams
Experience in using agile tools and working in an agile project management approach
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Proactivity, problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
