Staff are part of a collaborative, solutions-focused team, and learn more about the natural world in order to inspire participants to care for it.Essential Functions
  • Oversee participant well-being.
  • Lead small group educational activities and museum exploration.
  • Manage supplies to assist camp leaders with activity development and delivery.
  • Assist camp staff with check-in and check-out protocols.
  • Assist camp staff with adhering to health and safety protocols, including sanitization of shared supplies and spaces.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2 years working with children in formal or informal settings.
  • Red Cross First Aid and Epipen Trainings (ANS will cover the cost of the courses)
  • FBI Fingerprinting, PA background check, and Child Abuse Clearance required.
  • Adherence to Drexel coronavirus protocols, including vaccination policies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong interest in education, teaching, or interpretation
  • Strong interest in natural history, science, or museum studies
  • Available June 17 to September 9, 8:30 a.m-5 p.m.
