- Consistently examine and update risk registers, variation tracker sheets, and extension of time tracker sheets, and include them in monthly reports.
- Project cost reports are prepared and reviewed.
- Attend Monthly Management meetings.
- Liaising with Sub-Contractors
- Evaluation of subcontractor records and template revisions, such as appointment records and payment certifications.
- Examination of accounts and requisitions from suppliers.
- Budgets and expenses for changes to the project scope should be measured, priced, negotiated, and agreed upon.
- Verify the accuracy of the project expenses and, if required, raise and address any concerns.
- Relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors are managed in terms of their commercial and contractual aspects.
- Keep the management team aware of project performance, execute the cost and value reconciliation to date/forecast.
- Help in the mentoring and advancement of junior surveyors.
- Look for opportunity to increase income, save costs, and pinpoint and examine losses.
- Degree qualified and at least 3 years of experience in quantity surveying in the UK or Ireland (ideally Residential, Retail/Commercial, Public works).
- IT Skills – MS Office packages and database experience.
- Ability to work well within a team and to collaborate with others.
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
- Full Driving license required.
- €55k - €70k base salary DOE
- 23 days Annual Leave, + Birthday off each year.
