Ideal candidate should have expert level knowledge of Oracle technology and he should be capable enough to handle complex issues independently and provide resolutions within agreed SLA's, also ensure customer delight, and always adhere to client policies and procedures. Candidate having creative thinking and willing to bring innovations and passionate about working on challenging initiatives will be given preference. Principal responsibilities job holder is responsible for technical delivery of 24x7 production support to Oracle databases and work as a Subject Matter Expert for the production support team. Root Cause Analysis and provide permanent fixes. and provide solutions to database performance related issues. Database team in crisis calls, participate in MIR and PIR calls, also mentor team members. and expertise in maintaining complex High Availability & Replication setups. consultancy for complex setups and Disaster Recovery automation and Self-Healing opportunities and develop automation to reduce manual efforts and standardize processes. Required Skill technical knowledge of Oracle concepts like RAC, Dataguard & Golden Gate in 12c,19c versions & OEM and Deploy/Implement Solutions. Perform Capacity Planning and DR Planning. Performance Issues and providing solutions. in designing Backup & Recovery strategies. in Role swap & Failover planning and implementation. technical knowledge of database space management releases / service requests of Golden Gate Replication. Additional Skill on Oracle Cloud on UNIX based OS of MongoDB / Db2 LUW technology of automation tool like Ansible / Puppet / Tanium about Agile practices and DevOps tools.
