As a Senior Product Marketing Manager Lead at TikTok, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform. You will lead a talented team responsible for "Ads Infrastructure and Fundations," overseeing key areas such as billing & payment, onboarding, account infrastructure, and insights. Your strategic prowess and marketing expertise will be instrumental in driving our product adoption and success. Join us on this exciting journey of creativity and impact!Responsibilities
- Value Proposition Mastery: Craft compelling value propositions, positioning, and messaging tailored to our diverse audience segments. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our ad products.
- Goal Setting and Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish clear goals and success metrics. Drive global product adoption through innovative tactics such as sales enablement, automated notifications, content production, webinars, and client workshops.
- Market Strategy Expertise: Serve as a market strategy expert, working closely with the sales team to deeply understand target markets. Identify vertical-based opportunities and scale insights across the sales team.
- Innovation and Testing: Lead alpha/beta testing initiatives with well-defined criteria, capturing early-stage insights for product innovation and refinement. Ensure products are primed for scalability.
- Market Insights Leadership: Drive both quantitative and qualitative inbound initiatives, including customer persona development, opportunity sizing, customer feedback analysis, and competitor intelligence. Leverage these insights to shape our comprehensive product strategy, vision, and roadmap.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in ERP or Product Marketing.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, billing & payment, and large ERP implementation with a track record of leading teams and driving go-to-market strategies.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-border projects from ideation to completion
- Proven experience building teams from the ground up.Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of team management experience in ERP or Product Marketing.
