About the Role:Freedom Property Investors seeks a dynamic and visionary Multimedia Team Leader to champion our multimedia and visual storytelling efforts. You will spearhead the creation of captivating content across various formats, from video and photography to infographics and interactive media, that engages our audience, showcases our properties, and drives investment interest.Responsibilities:

Leadership and Vision:

Lead and inspire a team of talented multimedia professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
Develop and implement a strategic vision for Freedom Property Investors' multimedia content, aligning with overall marketing goals.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in multimedia production and storytelling.
Identify and implement technological advancements to enhance multimedia content creation and delivery.
Content Creation and Management:

Oversee the production of high-quality video, photography, infographics, animations, and other multimedia assets.
Work with internal stakeholders to develop compelling concepts and scripts for multimedia content.
Manage project budgets and timelines for multimedia productions.
Ensure effective editing, post-production, and quality control across all multimedia content.
Distribution and Analytics:

Determine the optimal platforms and channels for multimedia content distribution based on target audience and campaign goals.
Analyze content performance using metrics and feedback to optimize future productions.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize engagement and reach with multimedia content.
Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure consistency and alignment across all communication channels.
Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges clearly to team members and stakeholders.
Represent Freedom Property Investors professionally at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Arts, Marketing, or a related field, preferred.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role managing a multimedia team or production studio.
Proven track record of creating and delivering high-quality multimedia content across various formats.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling principles and audience engagement strategies.
Experience with video production, photography, graphic design, and/or animation software is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and project requirements.
Passion for the property investment industry and enthusiasm for Freedom Property Investors' mission is a bonus.
