Responsibilities:Principal Accountabilities:Timely completion of the assigned packages and fulfilment of the project objectives in terms of schedule and quality.Timely delivery of all required inputs (materials, technical documents and drawings, manpower) at project sites.Contract management after award till final completion and contract closureObtaining & Generating various MIS, highlighting problem areas for management intervention.Knowledge of Project Baseline Schedule, S-Curve & Critical Path analysis & their significance on Project health.Monitor project budgets, ensuring financial resources are utilized efficiently and within established parameters.Role & Responsibilities:Coordination among internal & External stakeholders, sites and the vendors/contractors for multiple Projects to achieving timely completion of the packages by ensuring availability of all deliverables at site.Conducting KOMs and Progress review meetings.Anticipating problems & interface issues and taking pro-active measures for resolution.Post Award Monitoring and Contract Management of assigned packages.Providing necessary support to site during execution of assigned packages.Implementation of mandate for timely completion of projects.Site & Vendor Visits / Deputation as per project requirement.Tracking of daily project execution as per schedule.Develop a Project close out report.Requisite skills:Project Management, Planning & Scheduling, Contract Management, Performance Management, Problem Solving, Planning and Execution.Proficient Knowledge of Planning Tools:Primavera, MS Projects, Advance level of Microsoft OfficeQualifications:Bachelor's in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical with 6 - 10 years of experience
