This requires managing a team of local staff, coordinating with the headquarters and other regional offices, and developing and executing the business plan for the country.In your role you will also have to properly setting and monitoring the budget, revenue, and expenses for the country, developing and implementing marketing, sales and execution of services, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as customers, partners, suppliers, media, and government agencies.Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise in the country as well as reporting and communicating progress, performance, and feedback to Vector Renewables CEO and other relevant parties.Job Description:Main responsibilitiesSupport, in coordination with the Vector Commercial Department, the growth of the business by Vector Chile.Support in the coordination and recruitment of the local team that Vector Chile can have in that country.Identification and monitoring of business opportunities, meetings/calls, preparation of pre-qualifications and bidding processes related to services both in Chile and in other countries markets for clients also based in Chile.Support, in coordination with the “Global Technical Asset Management” and “Global Technical Advisory”, the relationship with clients, ensuring efficient, effective and high quality of deliverables related to the services provided, based on specifications contractual agreements agreed with clients.Ensure compliance with local regulationsSupport in the collection and processing of data in Vector's commercial activity.Support in the preparation of commercial proposals.Support in the preparation of Strategic Plans for Chile.Be part of the management body of Vector Chile to support said company in its relations with public authorities, with the market and with the industry of the sector.Attendance at events/webinars related to the renewable energy sector, in order to support activities commercials of Vector Chile prior approval of the Commercial Director of Vector.Develop and manage a brand strategy in Chile, ensuring its consistency with the global positioning of the Vector Renewables brand.Knowledge and understanding of the electricity market in Chile and the wider regionKey RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering (preferably a Master's degree)Minimum 5 years of previous work experienceExperience in the energy and infrastructure business sectorA thorough understanding of the commercial/environmental/regulatory challenges facing all stages of wind and solar project development and the renewable energy industryNetwork of contacts to generate business opportunitiesAppropriate skills to negotiate and deal with peopleProven management experience in similar positionsAbility to provide excellent customer serviceSensitivity to different cultural norms and proven ability to operate in an international environment within the global community of Vector Renewables ClientsAbility to operate and lead using Spanish and English languages.Pay and benefitsWith a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey.
