- Coordinate and direct appropriate personnel to assist in daily operations
- Regularly contact customers and government agencies
- Coordinate and implement the policies and procedures for territory operations and personnel and evaluates efficiency of operations
- Maintain regular role of conflict resolution and training and development of personnel
- Responsible for territory marketing and sales
- Oversee all safety and associated governmental regulations and programs in territory
- Meet or exceed goals as determined in conjunction with the Territory Manager.
- Maintain sufficient inventory to satisfy sales demands

QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written business communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive manner

- Ability to concentrate in diverse work settings
- Effective and efficient data entry skills
- Ability to obtain medical approval for CDL
- Ability to obtain medical approval to wear respirator
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Moderate travel required
- Moderate exposure to confined spaces
- Frequent exposure to extreme temperatures from -20 to 150 F
- Ability to ascend and descend multiple flights of stairs (2-12) with SCBA within 20 minutes
- Occasional kneeling
- Long and irregular hours
- Ability to ride man-lift
- Frequent crawling and walking
- Ability to push/pull or roll large cylinders weighing up to 260 lbs
