Senior National Account Sales Manager

- Attain monthly sales revenue and quota.
- Work across teams/departments to maximize synergies within the organization and manage group deadlines, goals, and budgets.
- Lead, manage, motivate, and support each team member to help them achieve their respective monthly quotas.
- Develop and implement programs to drive sales and increase Canon's market share.
- Develop strategies to increase sales with critical decision-makers in assigned accounts.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required, plus 9 years of related experience and management of 2 or more regular full-time employees.
- Experience includes Sales Management and knowledge of National Accounts.
- Sales experience in national big-box retailers (e.g., Walmart, Target, Costco, etc.) is required.
- In-depth process knowledge to effectively and efficiently manage National Accounts
- The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with external business partners and internal executive management.
- Candidate must be self-motivated, capable of prioritizing and performing multiple tasks, and possess strong leadership skills to motivate and lead a sales team.
- Leads others through change and can manage through resistance.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, changing environment.

- This position works remotely from a home office near a major metropolitan city or airport and requires overnight travel to support our National Account partners.
- Ability to travel up to 50% nationwide.
- Individuals must possess a clean, valid state driver's license to obtain the position.
- This position requires driving; therefore, a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are necessary. Additionally, because driving for company business is an essential job function, it must comply with company safety guidelines and policies.
