- Sunday-Saturday 6-day work week 1pm to 9pm with opportunities for overtime.
- Starting hourly pay range of $20.16; final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.

- Operates, monitors, and adjusts scales, meters, hoists, applicators, machines, and processing equipment.
- Loading, unloading, and processing ingredients as prescribed by the Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Prepares equipment for next shift and product runs including set ups, tear downs, and changeovers.
- Maintains control charts including documenting, interpreting, verifying, and printing information.
- Communicates with Supervisors, Line Leads, and other Operators on quality and production of material.
- Conducts conveyor line checks for foreign material and product checks for quality.
- Supports breaks for other Operators.
- Performs or assists Maintenance with minor repairs or adjustments to machinery and equipment.
- Ensures that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) are followed and the highest standards for quality, safety, and compliance are promoted.
- Follows all company policies & procedures as well as the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
- Ability to work overtime, irregular hours, or rotating shifts, required.
- High School Diploma/GED, preferred.
- 1-6 months of previous food manufacturing and/or Machine Operator experience.
- Ability to do heavy lifting in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to do basic math and use calculators.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
- Speak, write, and understand English; Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful.
