Aftersales Manager for chillers and freezer

• Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through high quality service efficient resolution of issues, and prompt processing of warranty claims .
• Manage parts inventory , hire, train and supervise a team of technicians and ensure the cost effectiveness of the service department.
• Effectively communicate with other departments, regular reporting on key performance indicators, compliance with relevant regulatory standards and strategic planning to the service departments future growth and improvement, with the ultimate aim of alingning with the company's overall objectives.

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineer / Licensed Mechanical Engineer is an Advantage
• Technical knowledge - has deep understanding of repair and maintenance of chillers and freezer
• Customer Service Skills - Handles customer complain effectively and providing effective solution
• Leadership skills - Lead the team of technicians including those in offsite offices
• Problem Solving Skills - with knowledge in basic problem solving technique (e.g 5 why)
• Basic understanding Financial management
