Committed to providing secure and seamless payment solutions, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Card Scheme Risk Manager to join our dynamic team.Job Overview:
As Card Schemes Risk Manager (Visa/Mastercard (Priority)), you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity, compliance, security and correctness of our operations. You will be responsible for managing the risks associated with Visa and Mastercard schemes, implementing strategies to mitigate potential threats and staying abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes.
This is an excellent opportunity to help create, launch and implement operational business process improvements and risk management capabilities for Mastercard/VISA payments.Key Responsibilities:Work directly with Card Schemes to stay up to date with the latest industry advice and best practice.Able to plan and quickly adapt to changes in priorities.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Know how to draw up and coordinate internal regulatory documents for the organizationLook into the future and anticipate future threats and risks.Have sufficient expertise from the point of view of the issuer/acquirer with low risk, medium risk, high risk operations.Analyze the rules, their changes and transfer them to the current situation in the company.Speak up where changes are needed in terms of technology/reporting/rules/policy.Carry out other assignments from company managementSkills required:1.5+ years of experience in card schemes risk management.Experience working with card acquirers or payment service providers.Fluent English and Russian.Familiarity with E-commerce payment processing.Benefits:Official employment.Competitive salary package.Ability to work remote/ from office (Moscow) / hybrid mode.Professional development opportunities.Collaborative and innovative work environmentLenKeP профессиональное агентство в области IT, FinTech, Crypto, Digital, iGaming.
