Officer, CMMS and Planning Support

• Be accountable for Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Set up, develop and control standard features and functionalities of CMMS. Ensure CMMS abilities are able to support all PTTEP's operating assets.
• Develop and ensure the asset registration for new projects, new platforms, new facilities and any modifications under M&I area of responsibilities or up on request from any operating assets.
• Develop and ensure the development and modification of maintenance & inspection strategies based on the input from maintenance & inspection team guidance or the results from reliability & integrity analysis.
• Control, check and govern user's data input in CMMS to ensure the data is accurate and completely enriched with required data for further analysis.
• Provide and maintain analysis data or report to support RRM (Risk and Reliability Management) studies, Equipment Criticality assessment ..etc. or any other reports to support M&I engineer for further specific study up on request e.g. Bad actor
• Manage & provide data synchronization from CMMS to other PTTEP's data sources e.g. company data lake

• Develop and ensure maintenance and inspection master plans
• Develop and ensure maintenance and inspection job plans
• Develop and ensure bill of materials and spare parts optimization together with the input and guidance from maintenance and inspection team
• Collaborate with all maintenance and inspection disciplines to optimize execution scheduling and resources of planned maintenance and inspection works
• Mange and ensure the issuance of planned maintenance work order through CMMS.
• Control, set up and ensure look ahead work planning is aligned with maintenance work execution behavior depend on each work package / categories.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related fields
• Minimum 7 years of experience in maintenance or engineering in oil and gas industry or petrochemical industry. (Preferably 10+ years of experience for Senior Position)
• Experience in maintenance planning and CMMS
• Familiar with CMMS (JDE or SAP) including equipment hierarchy, equipment criticality, PM task and interval, and spare part
• Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance or equivalent Risk and Maintenance Management Tools
• Knowledge of applicable industry standards and codes such as API, ISO, and used widely for Rotating Equipment.
• Effective coordination skill to liaise with other functions
• Enthusiastic, good attitude, excellent communication, and collaboration skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
