8+ years of law firm experience as a corporate attorney required
Experience with complex corporate transactions, M&A and/or private equity transactions, regulatory and securities
Candidates with business succession planning as well as real estate transactions will be viewed positively
Licensed to practice law in Illinois
Extraordinary attention to detail, solid business judgement, and client-development skills are key
