- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions.
- We use to work under Agile process where every day we define the top priorities.
- We have a lot of tools and solutions that help us to get work on a collaborative environment.
- We use Slack for our comms, BOX for cloud storage and Monday@IBM for our tracking and to dos.
- Also we provide our clients RPA solutions to save our time on repetitive activities and focus on more analytics work.
- Even that payroll sounds a repetitive process, we learned that every month is a different and challenged process .
- Previous experience of 2 to 5 years in the entire process of personnel administration and payroll.
- Fluent English skills - written and oral
- Fluent Portuguese skills - written and oral
- Ability to work well under pressure.
