Key Responsibilities:- Conducting table games in accordance with company policies and procedures onboard a cruise ship- Ensuring the integrity and fairness of all games by following established procedures and regulations- Providing excellent customer service to guests, including explaining rules of games and assisting with any questions or concerns- Maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the casino at all times- Monitoring and reporting any suspicious or unusual activity to the Casino Manager- Handling cash and chips accurately and efficiently- Maintaining a clean and organized work areaRequirements:- Minimum of 2 years experience as a casino dealer, preferably in a cruise ship or luxury resort setting- Excellent knowledge of various casino games, including blackjack, poker, and roulette- Strong customer service and communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary licenses and certifications- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus- Must be able to commit to a full-time
