ERP Implementation: Lead the local implementation of a new ERP system, ensuring integration and alignment with global systems.
Supply Chain Management: Oversee the supply chain process ensuring smooth operations from order to delivery, including managing relationships with suppliers and logistics providers.
Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP): Drive the S&OP process, coordinating between sales, marketing, production, and finance departments to align operational planning with strategic goals, manage inventory, and forecast demand.
Financial Collaboration: Work closely with the CFO to ensure that financial and operational aspects of the ERP system are aligned.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated team to support ERP implementation and other commercial operations.
Vendor Management: Manage and evaluate vendor contracts and performance, particularly with ERP service providers and equipment suppliers.
Operational Excellence: Develop and oversee the execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of commercial operations, including order management and supply chain logistics.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in operations/ supply chain management and ERP systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a multinational business environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and headquarters.Desired Skills:Strategic thinking with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
