- Scholars Academic Achievement: Mentor scholars to achieve a GPA of 3 and above, with a target of 90% success rate. Provide support and interventions for scholars who are not meeting academic expectations.
- Scholars Success Rate: Ensure 95% of scholars successfully complete university each year, facilitating their journey towards graduation and future success.
- Scholars Retention Rate: Maintain a scholars' retention rate of over 95%, identifying and addressing any issues leading to termination from the program.
- Scholarship Utilization: Monitor and ensure effective utilization of scholarship funds for educational expenses, maximizing the impact on scholars' academic pursuits.
- Community Partnerships: Establish and nurture partnerships with organizations to enhance support for our scholarship program. Regularly report on key partnerships to the BSJ-SP Team Lead.
- Up-to-date Information on Higher Education: Keep abreast of changes and guidelines in higher education, providing accurate and timely information to scholars to guide their academic journey effectively.
- Alternative Pathway Program Success: Collaborate with Careers and Community Service teams to ensure the success of students enrolled in the Alternative Pathway Program, aligning their passions and aspirations with program objectives.

- A relevant Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in educational leadership or mentoring role.
- Strong understanding of higher education systems in Tanzania, including TCU, NACTE & HESLB guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders.
- Passion for empowering scholars and promoting educational equity.
