- Overseeing the day to day operation of the dining hall and café
- Executing event operations on site including set up and pack down of small-medium events and assistance with large events
- Delivering high quality food and beverages for the site whilst following food safety standards, policies and procedures
- Efficient service delivery, which anticipates and accommodates client needs
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the team and key stakeholders
- Maintaining clean, safe and hygienic work practices
- Stock control, including ordering, receiving & stock taking
- Overseeing the service team on site
- A natural leader, with strong leadership skills.
- A passion for customer service by creating memorable experiences through providing high level service with great food & beverage products!
- Thorough understanding of OH&S and Food Safety practices
- A high attention to detail with a hands-on approach
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to work across a 5 day roster – school term periods only/pro rata salary
- Previous experience in a canteen, catering or corporate hospitality is an advantage
- Previous experience working in a flexible, multi-skilled team environment is an advantage
- Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Immaculate grooming and presentation
- Able to be a team player, with a positive and can do attitude
- Drivers Licence
