Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team at our Kane'ohe facilities. As a caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our senior residents by providing them with personalized care and assistance. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the healthcare and medical field within the franchise industry. The role is located in Honolulu, Hawaii and offers a competitive salary range of $18-$22 per hour, paid weekly.Compensation & Benefits:

Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positionsWorkplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferencesResponsibilities:
- Assist senior residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions.
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
- Escort seniors to and from appointments, social events, and activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in the senior's health or behavior to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for seniors.
- Foster a positive and supportive relationship with senior residents and their families.Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Compassionate and patient with a strong desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
