- Support regular content updates and retailing activations for in-language webpages in partnership with Regional Marketing teams.
- Participate in defining content publishing and authoring operating models governance processes for global content.
- Report against Digital Marketing-specific metrics that focus on engagement and conversion.
- Apply knowledge of digital best practices, recommending new technologies, and advocating for enhanced digital capabilities.
- Collaborate with Enterprise content teams and Regional Marketing teams to align content efforts, maximizing conversion rates while maintaining consistency throughout the consumer journey.
- Partner during the creation of in-language content landing pages by contributing to requirements gathering, encouraging agreement between partner teams, and advocating for an engaging user experience.
- Contribute to digital tagging/tracking processes, ensuring that website components and links have appropriate tracking.
- Three (3) years of experience in Marketing, e-Commerce, or Web Content Strategy.
- Experience creating online user stories and mapping digital journey flows
- Knowledge of the broader travel industry, its digital capabilities, and outside sectors that may influence consumer shopping behavior.
- Ability to work from the McLean, VA, or Addison, TX offices
- BA/BS Degree, specializing in Marketing or Digital.
- Proficiency in an analytics platform (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics)
- Experience managing non-English websites and working with regional marketing teams.
