Job Description:Who What Wear UK is looking to hire an experienced Video Content Producer to join its dynamic, fast-paced editorial team. As the Video Content Producer, you will be responsible for producing, editing and analysing the performance of both editorial and commercial video content for Who What Wear UK's social channels and website. This ideal candidate is an experienced video editor and producer who can work to an impeccable standard under tight deadlines. A strategic social-first attitude and ability to ideate quickly and easily will be essential to this role maintaining Who What Wear UK's status as a leader in video. Above all, we are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and can take ownership of their duties in an often fast-paced and quickly changing environment.What you'll be doing...
  • Produce video content first-hand as well as edit supplied assets for on-brand, high-performing video across all social channels and for site.
  • Work alongside social media editor and editor in chief to plan out the video content calendar.
  • Analyse performance of video content for follower growth, traffic referrals and affiliate sales to further refine video strategy and calendar planning.
  • Respond to what's happening on social channels, providing in-the-moment ideas, as well as creating social-first video content to stay ahead of the competitor set.
  • Work on tight turnarounds to meet hard deadlines, and leverage social moments.
  • Contribute to video distribution posting alongside the social team.
  • Attend key events and shoots, and be available for live coverage that provides high engagement opportunities for social video.
  • Potentially feature in editorial and commercial videos, and easily turn to producing self-shot content.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as needed.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve...
  • Required 2+ years' experience in a video production role
  • Highest proficiency in videography and editing
  • Must be able to provide self-direction to manage time and prioritise daily tasks using our project management software
  • Strategic and analytical thinking combined with creativity and high editorial standards
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong understanding of video on different social media platforms
  • Fashion, beauty, and/or women's lifestyle content experience preferred
  • Team-player attitude with a resourceful, can-do spirit
