- Assist in the development and execution of fundraising strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare and update marketing materials, including pitch books, presentations, and fund prospectuses.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investors and fundraising opportunities.
- Manage and maintain the CRM system to track investor interactions, commitments, and communications.
- Coordinate and support investor meetings, roadshows, and other fundraising events.
- Respond to investor inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and comprehensive information.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.
- Collaborate with the finance and investment teams to gather and present fund performance data and other relevant information.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform fundraising strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, real estate, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or a related role within the real estate or private equity industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate investments, private equity, and financial markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials and presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
