A premier Private Equity firm specializing in Real Estate Impact investments is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Investor Relations Senior Associate to join their team and support our fundraising efforts.Investor Relations Senior Associate Position Overview:The Investor Relations Senior Associate will play a critical role in supporting the firm's fundraising activities and maintaining strong relationships with their investors. This position requires a deep understanding of real estate private equity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Investor Relations Senior Associate Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and execution of fundraising strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare and update marketing materials, including pitch books, presentations, and fund prospectuses.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investors and fundraising opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system to track investor interactions, commitments, and communications.
  • Coordinate and support investor meetings, roadshows, and other fundraising events.
  • Respond to investor inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and comprehensive information.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.
  • Collaborate with the finance and investment teams to gather and present fund performance data and other relevant information.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform fundraising strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, real estate, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or a related role within the real estate or private equity industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate investments, private equity, and financial markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials and presentations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
