- Responds to inbound call inquiries.
- Assist callers navigating/troubleshooting equipment and open escalated technical support tickets when necessary.
- Assist callers with scheduling appointment times at selected locations.
- Open escalated technical support tickets when necessary.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining excellent documentation of all calls, questions, complaints, etc
- Initiates outbound calls to respond to inquiries and to follow-up with previous contacts.
- Responds to all inquiries in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
- Ability to work remotely, including reliable, high-speed Internet; the ability to troubleshoot common computer issues; and a private, dedicated workspace is required.
- Must have a computer (laptop or desktop, Mac and Chromebooks are not compatible with platform), monitors, and a USB-wired headset.
- Minimum of High School diploma required: additional education preferred.
- Must be able to successfully pass criminal background check.
- Clear and concise verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with callers.
- Must be available between the hours of 9am - 9pm EST, Monday-Friday.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
