- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive property acquisitions by real estate investors, brokers, developers, and institutional clients, in alignment with Unicoin's business goals and objectives.
- Identify and prioritize target markets, customer segments, and investment opportunities based on market analysis, industry trends, and client preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate investors, brokers, agents, developers, and other industry stakeholders to generate leads and opportunities for property acquisitions.
- Conduct property evaluations, market analyses, and financial assessments to determine property value, investment potential, and return on investment for prospective buyers.
- Prepare and present compelling sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to showcase properties, highlight investment opportunities, and persuade potential buyers to make purchasing decisions.
- Negotiate sales agreements, purchase contracts, and lease agreements with buyers and sellers, and facilitate the due diligence process to ensure smooth and successful property transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including asset management, legal, finance, and marketing, to support the sales process and address client needs and requirements throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate industry, and leverage insights to identify new sales opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including deal pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue targets, and provide regular reports and updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; additional certifications in real estate sales or brokerage are preferred.
- Proven experience (8 + years) in real estate sales, business development, or brokerage, with a successful track record of generating sales leads, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment principles, and property valuation methodologies, with the ability to evaluate investment opportunities and advise clients on potential risks and returns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence decision-making with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service and value to clients.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in real estate sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid real estate license and/or broker's license, as required by local regulations.
