The Business Applications Analyst for MS Project will be responsible for the operations and support of SNC’s program management platform, Microsoft Project, in both on-premise and cloud infrastructure. In this role you will work closely with business partners, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and other teams to ensure services meet the needs of SNC while adhering to security and compliance requirements.As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications. Learn more about SNC's Corporate teamResponsibilities:Manage users and resourcesConfigure security groups, and categoriesSet up views of Projects, Resources and Tasks online and desktop(Enterprise Global Config)Manage custom project, resource, and task fieldsManage project site templatesManage project schedule templatesManage project calendarsManage day to day use and maintenance of the systemSupport desktop and online end user questions and troubleshootingManage issue tracking and reporting on issue resolution SLAsMust-haves:Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 10 or more years of relevant experienceHigher education may substitute for relevant experienceRelevant experience may be considered in lieu of required educationPrior administration/analyst experience with M365 Project Online and an understanding of Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platforms in commercial / government environments and equivalent on prem solutions.Experience with Microsoft Project Desktop (Standard, Professional, Desktop Client)Experience with scheduling, resource loading, critical path analysisGeneral understanding of APIs / reportingGeneral Database knowledge / Experience (SQL)Organized, driven, critical thinking, problem solvingGeneral experience with Microsoft Applications (Windows, Excel), General Microsoft AdministrationAbility to communicate advanced technical subjects to non-technical usersPreferred:Azure AdministrationExperience integrating MS Project with Power BIExperience with VBAExperience with PowerShellExperience integrating MS Project with finance systems (such as Deltek Cobra)Experience with third party Schedule Health Assessment (SHA) tools like SSI, forProject, Steelray Project Analyzer, etc.Experience with Schedule Risk Management tools like Riskconnect ARM, Safran, RiskyProject, etc.At Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) we deliver customer-focused technology and best-of-breed integrations in the aerospace and defense sectors.
