  • A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
  • Education: MS or PHD in Physical Therapy and Current State License as a Physical Therapist
  • Experience: 2 year experience as a Physical Therapist in a clinical care setting required. At least one year of hospice experience preferred.
  • Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
