We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Superintendent in the Colorado Springs area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. As a key member of our team, the Commercial Superintendent will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and driving the success of our projects.Construction Superintendent will be responsible for the following:
  • Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.
  • Supervise onsite construction activities, including subcontractor coordination, material deliveries, and construction progress monitoring.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel.
  • Proactively identify and resolve construction issues and conflicts to minimize project delays and disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Provide regular progress updates to project management and stakeholders, addressing any concerns or challenges as they arise.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on ground-up construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, ranging in size and complexity.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials, with a focus on best practices and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools, such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred).
