We're seeking a future team member for the role to join our BNY Mellon team. This role is located in Pune - HYBRID. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: The successful candidate will: Key Skills: 5 - 8 years of experience of eliciting requirements and conducting business process reviews/documentation Ability to Understand Entity Relationship Models and create/develop SQL queries against large databases. Ability to develop strong on-site and remote team and client relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills. Strong customer service orientation Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design. Experience implementing systems using the Agile methodology. Data Modeling and Normalizations best practices Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Quality experience Experience with using any/all of the following tools. Informatica Data Quality Informatica Data Catalogue Collibra To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders. Conducts interviews to gather requirements via meetings, use cases, and other methods. Performs data analysis to confirm assumptions and requirements. Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards. Develops and utilizes standard templates to write requirements specifications accurately and concisely. Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team. Document Data Quality requirements! Ability to build and validate data feeds of medium to high level of complexity. Develops and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted. At BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
