We are currently seeking an Electrical & Automation Design Engineer for our client Wärtsilä to strengthen their Fuel Gas Supply Systems team in the Marine business. In this role, you will be responsible for electrical and automation design tasks in international customer delivery projects related to fuel supply systems for LNG, methanol, and ammonia. If you have a relevant educational background in engineering (E&A) and possess a proactive, eager-to-learn mindset with a can-do attitude, keep reading and apply today!About the roleAs an Electrical & Automation Design Engineer, you and your team will be responsible for the installation-specific design of units and complete systems as specified in customer delivery contracts. Your main tasks will include providing and developing engineering design solutions and documentation using MS Office tools and AutoCAD. You will also offer crucial technical support to the Sales and Supply Management teams, ensuring smooth coordination with clients and suppliers. - Acquire and coordinate design and engineering data needed for sourcing/purchasing equipment from suppliers
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholdersWe are looking for- M.Sc or B.Sc in Engineering (Electrical & Automation)
- Good skills in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Fluency in EnglishPrevious experience from similar tasks and knowledge of the ATEX/IECEx-directive are seen as advantages.As a person you are:- A good team player with strong problem-solving skills
