Material Planning Officer

• Calculate material requirements and collaborate with the Purchasing team to ensure adequate supplies for production.
• Develop shipment schedules for suppliers to optimize inventory levels and avoid overcapacity in warehouses.
• Monitor material requirement plans and adjust them as needed to meet production demands.
• Track usage quantities and maintain optimal inventory levels for key materials.
• Liaise with relevant departments to address issues such as material shortages, warehouse capacity constraints, shipment delays, and expedited requests.
• Generate daily and monthly reports on material requirements plans.
• Monitor and communicate available free stock to customers.
• Maintain and update master data related to materials and planning.

• University degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work under pressure and proficiency in MS Office (Advanced MS Excel skills are advantageous).
• Basic knowledge of statistics, excellent communication and teamwork skills, dedication, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Fair proficiency of English.
