- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements, maintaining a deep understanding of the truck tire market landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the truck tire industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing remote teams and driving sales performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Competitive salary between $90,000 - $115,000.
