- Manages the sales process from initial inquiry to residency
- Effectively promotes the community and facilitates the process by understanding the needs of the potential resident and making recommendations based on key information provided
- Negotiates obstacles and issues by understanding client needs and collaborating with community management
- Effectively responds to new inquiries in a timely manner and independently manages prospects to ensure timely follow through is maintained in accordance with designated timeframes
- Utilizes SalesForce, C3LinkDSPIs, and other sales resources to input data, manage assigned lead base, set goals, diagnose areas of strength, and areas needing improvement
- Understands and articulately represents all documents related to residency, including Residency Agreement, Disclosure Statement, and other in an ethical and legal manner
- Implements and utilizes best practices for promoting Extraordinary Impressions and SalesFIRST initiatives
- Generates adequate presentation through various sales processes, including phone calls, referrals, E-mail, home visits, marketing events, etc.
- Participates in marketing events as directed
- Serves as an effective member of the marketing and sales team
- Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, finances or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales preferred
- Experience with Continuing Care Retirement/Life Plan Communities preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid presentation skills in both small and large groups
- Strong sales and closing skills
