DescriptionMartin Marietta is currently looking for a Maintenance Crew Member. This position will be responsible for diagnosis, repair, and preventative maintenance of mobile and stationary equipment at our Ames Mine, Located in Central Iowa. The current work schedule is 10am-8:30pm on a rotating 3-day work week, 4-day work week schedule with every other weekend off. Overtime and extra shifts are available .Essential Functions

Maintain and inspect plant equipment
Perform routine preventative maintenance to insure plant availability
Record performed maintenance and inspections
Diagnose and repair equipment on site
Maintain and organize maintenance equipment and tools
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience

High School diploma, GED or Equivalent
1 year of manual labor work experience

Preferred Education and Experience

Industrial Maintenance, Agricultural Maintenance, Welding, Military, or Material Handling Experience
2 year degree in a related field
Certified Welder
Experience with a Telehandler or Manlift
Bi-Lingual is a plus
