Accountant

• Daily verification and reconciliation of deposits from Departments, comparing the deposited amount vs. the Department's posting.
• Investigate discrepancies and follow up with the Cashier and/or Division responsible.
• Prepare bank reconciliations for cash accounts with various financial institutions.
• Analyze accounts receivable and make the corresponding adjustments.
• Ensure that purchase and sale documents required by the Company are completed and included in the system.
• Continuously follow up with sales managers, finance managers, and sales executives to submit these documents on time.
• Review sales records.
• Follow up on collections through banks or financing companies if necessary.
• Analyze inventory subsidiary and record adjustments.
• Conduct physical inventory.
• Prepare accounting for companies affiliated.
• Analyze audit accounts.
• Perform any other task or function necessary for the proper functioning of the Accounting Department and the Company.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
• Three to five years of experience in accounting.
• Knowledge of Computer Systems: Excel, others.
• Skills in account analysis.
• Good written and oral communication in Spanish and English.
