Micron has an outstanding opportunity for a high energy, tenacious, ambitious, result driven individual with a strong work ethic and integrity to join our Facilities Team in Boise, Idaho.The Facilities Mechanical Coordinator at Micron Technology, Inc., is responsible for coordinating Mechanical system activities involving HVAC, cooling water and mechanical systems in our high-volume manufacturing fab and other process buildings to ensure there is no impact to site or manufacturing operations. The Mechanical Coordinator coordinates and prioritizes work associated with asset management, scheduled maintenance, system modifications and new equipment installs to include all outsourced services. This position also works closely with the operations crew on system operation and is the primary interface between Micron and any outsourced services vendors performing service, maintenance and operations on these systems ensuring they do not cause impacts, affect quality and/or regulatory compliance specifications. Responsible for commissioning of the new fab and in sustaining operations.Qualifications:Follow all safety protocols, procedures and LOTOExcellent multi-tasking, time-management, organization and prioritization skillsProven ability to communicate complex analysis in a succinct and actionable mannerProven skills in working effectively with team members from different disciplinesStrong leadership skills with the proven ability to coordinate efforts across a variety of groupsDemonstrated ability to organize and efficiently facilitate meetings and project teamsDemonstrated critical thinking skillsDemonstrated ability to identify, develop, propose, and implement effective plans to improve overall efficiencyStrong partnering, negotiation, and team-working skills with team members from different disciplines.Proven ability to communicate and present technical information effectively to all audiencesStrong understanding of data extraction, data analysis and reporting methodologiesEducation and Experience:Required: Minimum – Relevant degree or appropriate certifications/licensing and 2 years mechanical systems experience, or 5 years of mechanical systems experiencePreferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of mechanical systems experienceAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
