This is your chance to make a real difference by providing top-notch massages that leave our guests feeling like royalty.As a Massage Therapist you will;
- Demonstrate first class customer service to our clients and guests
- Ensure spa area and treatment rooms are clean, organized, and safe Conduct consultations to understand guests' conditions, symptoms, and medical histories.
- Develop and propose client therapy plans that specify which types of massages are to be used.
- Perform various types of massages including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Prenatal.
- Provide clients with guidance on stretching, strengthening, overall relaxation, and how to improve their posture.
- Create a calming and inviting atmosphere for clients.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely appointments and adequate treatment durations.
- Ensure treatment room hygiene and safety protocols are followed.
- Assist in folding and Help with folding and storing spa linens.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and practices in massage therapy through continuing education and professional development.
- Collaborate with other health practitioners and staff to improve the overall health and well-being of clients.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- At least six months of experience working as a massage therapist
- TN State Massage License
- Strong understanding of the human anatomy and various massage therapy techniques
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients
- Empathetic and patient with client needs
- Professional and respectful with clients and staff
- Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
