- Identify, prioritize, and lead research roadmaps that generate insights to inform monetization strategies across the company.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Ads, Product Marketing, Design, Data Science, Strategy Planning & Analysis, and Brand to proactively develop research initiatives.
- Define, design, execute, and socialize a range of research studies that build a strong understanding of existing and future audiences and their experiences worldwide.
- Identify best practices in existing and emerging research methodologies.
- Demonstrable experience in product research and/or user experience (UX) research informing growth and monetization strategy. Experience supporting subscription businesses or ad-supported online products preferred.
- Mixed methods research expertise including hands-on experience leading end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research studies.
- A balance of creative and analytical skills with the ability to proactively define research questions, identify appropriate methods, execute studies, and synthesize findings.
- Strong communicator with a bias toward action to proactively collaborate with multiple teams across the company.
- Passionate about translating findings into actionable strategic business recommendations
- Global research experience is highly preferred but not required.
