  • Support Business Process Owners (BPOs) with creation and maintenance of business process and Master Data documentation. Documentation includes Procedures, Policies, Practices, Processes (4P), “Frequently Asked Questions” pages, Appendixes, Training “test your skills” questionnaires, as well as end-user “cheat-sheet” overviews.
  • Support IT Business Analysts and IT Portfolio Managers with regular IT-owned training efforts (in-person/zoom).
  • Support BPO Network / Business Maturity Model / Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives by coordinating various tasks and follow up discussions with involved team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):
  • Documentation efforts:
  • Support global move to Inteva Insight Library (Documentation repository - SharePoint Online), as well as development of business process pages by leading coordination efforts with BPOs, IT Portfolio Managers, and SharePoint team
  • Meet with the global BPOs, local/regional Subject Matter Experts (SME) and global IT team to understand the needs of end user’s documentation requirements
  • Maintain list of to-be-developed documentation and status tracker for each business function
  • Independently research and test documented processes within the various applications to understand the complete functionality flow, suggest further documentation topics, and gather screenshots
  • Plan, organize and write globally valid documentation drafts based on Inteva standards, keeping different end-user audiences in mind
  • Coordinate review and all approvals (BPO, impacted BPOs, SMEs, IT) and global communication
  • Act as Insight Library Gate Keeper, to ensure all documentation follows Inteva policy regarding templates, content, and naming conventions
  • Coordinate regular audits on existing documentation and support revision of documentation as necessary
  • Other Insight Library / documentation tasks as required
  • Explore the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the documentation area, including searches and document translations
  • Support BPOs, IT Portfolio Managers and IT Business Analysts by coordinating tasks as part of the BPO Network / Business Maturity Model initiatives. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Interviewing BPO Network team members and writing BPO Network Success Stories for global publication
  • Scheduling and coordinating meeting invites to drive actions/project initiatives
  • Act as Business Maturity Model Gate Keeper, to ensure tasks are completed and progress documented.
  • Monitoring Power BI CPMD (Critical Plex Master Data) metric resolution and coordinating follow up actions & timing with BPOs.
  • Provide training for IT provided tools as necessary, in person or via zoom
Position RequirementsRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Journalism, English, or Communications from four-year College or University; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in English speaking/reading/writing
  • Detail oriented, organized, and portrays critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking
  • Understand complex information and communicate information to people with diverse professional backgrounds
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Word; solid working knowledge of remaining Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar software systems
  • Must be able to work well with others in a global environment across different time zones and cultural backgrounds
  • Additional language skills a plus, but not required
  • Additional basic knowledge a plus, but not required: SharePoint, Plex ERP
Education Requirement Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Journalism, English, or Communications from four-year College or University; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.
