Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving growth for our company. Qualifications And Skills Proven track record in business development or sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Knowledge of the B2B marketplace and industry trends Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Self-motivated and target-driven Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Roles and Responsibilites Identify New Sales leads. Must have laptop ( Optional) and own vehicle Field Sales Prospect for new Clients by networking. Cold Calling. Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company. Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives. Participate in pricing the solution/service. Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness. Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships. Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services. Manage multiple accounts simultaneously Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
