Hire a Office Manager/ Marketing director who is self-starter and driven. You will be the support in the daily operation of our newly opened Ag Dealership. This position includes performing a variety of day-to-day clerical tasks, answering and routing incoming calls, assisting customers and functioning as part of our management team for a busy farm equipment dealership. For the marketing peice you will be on social media promoting Tilleman Equipment as a brand as well as working with our marketing firm to create content for publishing and recapturing our co-op dollars. This position is Monday thru Friday from 8 to 5. Responsibilities: * Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly. * Manage Office supplies, inventory and place orders as necessary. * Perform receptionist duties: greet customers, and answer and direct phone calls. * Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail. * Manage office budget. * Identify opportunites for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems. * Provide other administrative support as necessary, including rescheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research and creating reports. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field. * 2-5 years of work experience in an adminstrative/office management role. * Strong organization and time management skills, ability to prioritize, and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem -solving skills and analytical abilities. * Must be proficent with Microsoft Office and Google products. * Must be able to sit for prolong periods of sitting at a counter and working on a computer. * Must beable to complete drug test, background check and driving record check.
